It began in 2004 with a cooperative effort between the PA Fish & Boat Commission, PA DCNR – State Parks, and the PA BASS Federation. It is an intense multi-day program for youth between the ages of fourteen and seventeen. Participants learn from experts and professionals in various conservation fields from across Pennsylvania and the nation.
